Overview:
The
Wholesale Digital Marketing Manager
is responsible for project oversight and digital marketing implementation for Aeropostale Nautica and Lucky Brand wholesale accounts in both full price and club channels. This role ensures streamlined and collaborative planning and execution across all third-party ecommerce online marketing activations including storefront seasonal refreshes and full funnel media planning. This individual works to ensure all projects, resources, and schedules run smoothly and efficiently, communicating priorities and keeping all workflows up to date.
Responsibilities:
Aeropostale, Lucky and Nautica Marketing Liaison/POC with all external online Wholesale partners and internal Sales Team.
Amazon Marketing lead and management of outside Amazon Marketing agency
Oversee media and digital budget across wholesale.com partners including Amazon, Macys, Belk, Dillards & Kohls.
Partner with brand teams to ensure alignment in consumer experience, and identify opportunities for operational and performance efficiencies.
Manage Sponsored product vendor on all wholesale partner websites
Own product reviews on external sites, and introduce wholesale seeding programs
Brief in all creative requests for wholesale partners online assets
Partner with Sales to strategize on A+ Content needs for the 3 brands
Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to evaluate performance against forecast and share performance data with sales team and wholesale partners.
Ensure wholesale partner sites are representing the brands, and are consistent with the overarching brand messages.
Lead Bi-Weekly TB with Wholesale Sales Team on all partner site initiatives.
Attend and present in Bi-weekly Executive level Business Review meeting -slide prep and presentation
Analyze, challenge and optimize digital marketing activities to gain insights and apply learnings based on KPIs
Identify and pick up industry trends and insights to drive best in class digital brand experience.
Qualifications:
5+ years in Digital Wholesale Marketing for fashion/apparel company
Detail oriented individual with strong organizational, communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint/Google Docs.
Highly motivated, strategic thinking and proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.
Effectively manages multiple projects of various types and timelines simultaneously, anticipating outcomes, adapting to changing priorities, and working towards solutions with a collaborative team spirit.
Travel may be required, based on business needs.
Adhere to regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration. Job duties may be performed effectively using the hybrid work program designated by the company.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor as the company retains the right to change duties to this position.
Must have authorization to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours per day
Ability to constantly operate a computer, other office equipment and look at a monitor for up to 8 hours per day
Ability to clearly and accurately communicate and exchange information verbally, in writing, or through other means in person, telephonically, or through virtual communication methods
Ability to reach at or below shoulder level
Ability to carry equipment, move boxes/samples, etc.
Requirements & EEO Statement:
The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 annually. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to position offered and work experience.
