The Assistant Project Manager will play a key role in supporting project execution from pre-construction to closeout. This position involves collaborating with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Description Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities. Track project progress and prepare regular updates for stakeholders. Review project documents, contracts, and drawings for accuracy and compliance. Manage procurement of materials and monitor inventory. Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure adherence to project timelines. Maintain project files, documentation, and change orders. Assist in resolving project issues and conflicts in a timely manner. Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on-site. Conduct site visits to assess progress and quality. Profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or management. Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety standards. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and MS Office Suite. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
