About the Role and Your Impact

We are seeking a motivated Junior Creative Designer to join our fast-growing team at Community, a cutting-edge technology company that's redefining how brands and public figures connect with their audiences. As part of our design team, you’ll help bring bold ideas to life through eye-catching visuals and engaging motion content. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong foundation in graphic design and multimedia production. Our ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling, has a solid grasp of design principles, and is comfortable working across print, digital, and video platforms.

What You’ll Do

  • Create compelling visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Assist in the design of marketing materials, presentations, social media graphics, and digital campaigns
  • Support video projects through editing, motion graphics, and basic animation (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Handle basic video editing for reels, TikToks, and webinars
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute design projects
  • Maintain brand consistency across all media and relevant with current design trends
  • Assist with photography, videography, and other content capture as needed
  • Manage and organize creative assets and project files
  • Manage multiple projects with quick turnarounds in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist cross-functional teams with PowerPoint decks, sales assets and internal creative to ensure that all assets contain compelling visuals and remain aligned with the brand standards

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–2 years of design experience (internships or freelance work acceptable, agency experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
  • Strong eye for layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Basic understanding of motion design and animation principles
  • Ability to take direction and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Portfolio showcasing both static and video/motion design work
  • Are organized, deadline-driven, and excited to contribute to a growing brand
  • Knowledge of social media video formats and trends

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 annually
