Summary of Job Description The Creative Media Producer, L&D contributes to the entire process of creating training videos for University of Panda. This role collaborates with Operations leaders to generate ideas for training videos and participates in all phases of production with a high degree of independence. The position involves creating learning content in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts and maintaining the UOP training video library. Responsibilities Contribute to the design and conceptualization of training videos, working with Operations leaders to generate creative ideas and concepts. Manage the entire video production process, including pre-production, on-site filming, and post-production, using multimedia software. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop and update video content, including scriptwriting and working with vendors. Organize and maintain the training video library, optimize assets with thumbnails and descriptions, and upload content on a schedule. Lead or participate in creative discussions during preproduction to ensure project alignment. Create text-based motion graphics to enhance video narratives, utilizing typography and animation software.
