Responsibilities The Opportunity The Digital Sales and Performance Manager is the key reference for the results of commercial transformation driven by digitalization through the democratization of information, delivering insights and actionable inputs to operations, and playing a critical role in shifting people's mindset toward digital adoption Your Impact As Digital Sales and Performance Manager your scope would consist of • Develop digital sales KPIs follow up to deliver to each country for the integration of performance reports and unified analyses • Ensuring scalability, reliability and ease access to multiple Data sets (Internal, External, structure and Unstructure) for all solutions inside PepsiCo’s infrastructure while leveraging Global Infrastructure and resources. • Provides and/or supports data analysis, requirements gathering, solution development, and design reviews for enhancements to, or new, applications/reporting • Be a key player in commercial transformation by defining, supporting and training on digital indicators across the region, driving a mindset shift in decision-making • Drive B2B plans and other capabilities through data analyses and insights driven decisions to grow digital sales in Latam. Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? • Administrative, engineering, business management or related fields • +5 years of experience in data or insights positions • Proven experience in digital transformation and businesses implementation (desire) • Strategic thinker with Business acumen; proven track record of thinking business process first, technology second. • Experience driving business analysis, creating business plans and following up of the execution on these plans • Leadership and communications skills • Software: excel, powerpoint, Power BI (user profile) • Network building skills • Fluent English If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
