💼 The Opportunity: We're seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to cover Southern California and surrounding states. While candidates can be based anywhere in the greater Los Angeles/Orange County area (preferably near our Cypress technology center), they must be willing to travel extensively throughout the territory. The role involves regular Monday-Friday travel (up to 85%) serving customers across Southern California and neighboring states.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair sophisticated food processing equipment at customer sites
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support
• Conduct preventative maintenance and equipment repairs
• Generate detailed technical reports and maintain service records
• Manage spare parts inventory

📋 Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of mechanical or electrical repair experience
• Strong knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
• Must be based in the greater Los Angeles/Orange County area
• Willingness to travel up to 85% throughout Southern California and neighboring states
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive up to 5 hours to customer sites
• Comfortable with air travel for destinations beyond driving distance
