Job Description:
An employer in Houston, Texas is looking for a Help Desk Technician. This person will be supporting about 75-100 users locally, responsible for resolving 15-20 tickets per day and about 10 phone calls per day. Some of the main responsibilities of this role includes: hardware troubleshooting: including HP printers & break fix issues, connectivity issues, Active Directory issues like password resets; MFA resets, 0365 issues, supporting Windows OS systems, and other level 1 troubleshooting problems. On a daily basis this person would receive their tickets through their internal ticketing system and/or phone call. This role will be onsite 5 days a week working alongside a team of 6. They will also be interacting with their Service Desk, System Admins, and Networking team for any escalated issues. Pay ranges: $20-$25 per hour.
