Job Description

- Plan and execute the migration of HubSpot from the client's M365 tenant to the M365 mail tenant.
- Implement DNS changes to facilitate seamless integration.
- Set up a new HubSpot instance for migration.
- Configure HubSpot settings to match organizational requirements.
- Test the migration process to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Migrate existing data and users from the old HubSpot instance to the new instance without data loss.
- Conduct thorough testing post-migration to validate the integrity and functionality of the new HubSpot setup.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues arising during the migration process.
- Document the migration process, configurations, and any changes made during the transition.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress and outcomes of the migration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience with M365 tenant migrations and DNS management.
- In-depth knowledge of HubSpot configuration, management, and data migration processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure data integrity during migrations.
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder updates and collaboration.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies to validate system performance and reliability post-migration.

Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications in HubSpot, Microsoft 365, or related technologies.
- Experience with similar HubSpot or CRM migrations.
