Job Responsibilities for Pest Control Technician:

• Perform pest inspections and identify infestation sources in residential and commercial properties.
• Implement effective pest control strategies to eliminate pests and prevent future infestations.
• Apply appropriate pesticides and treatments in accordance with safety guidelines and industry regulations.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, treatments applied, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize pest control procedures and share knowledge.
• Continuously stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service quality.
• Represent the company with integrity and professionalism at all times.

Job Requirements for Pest Control Technician:

• Proven problem-solving skills with a dedication to resolving pest-related issues efficiently.
• Respect for others' time and ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong sense of accountability and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
• Demonstrated history of excellent work experience and longevity at previous jobs.
• Possession of a clean and valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Able to work five days weekly between Monday and Saturday, 8 AM to 5PM-ish.

Compensation and Benefits for Pest Control Technician:

• $20.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on experience and credentials
