Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the test and integration teams to ensure successful project execution. Develop and implement innovative verification and validation strategies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee the modernization of legacy test programs, ensuring they meet current standards and requirements. Collaborate closely with the Test Execution Lead to ensure seamless integration and execution of test plans. Define and maintain test plans, test cases, and test procedures. Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with development teams to resolve defects. Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Prepare and present test reports and documentation to stakeholders and management. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in test and integration technologies. Qualifications: Proven experience in leading test and integration teams. Strong background in verification and validation strategies. Experience in modernizing legacy test programs. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential issues. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in testing and integration. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
