Job Summary:
As a Marketing Executive cum Creative Writer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging and persuasive content that resonates with our B2B audience. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop ad copy, social media posts, blog articles, and other creative content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives. Your goal is to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our overall marketing strategy through impactful storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Write clear, concise, and compelling content for various B2B marketing materials, including ad campaigns, social media posts, email newsletters, blogs, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Ad Campaigns: Develop creative and persuasive ad copy for digital and print campaigns, ensuring alignment with target audience needs and brand messaging.
- Social Media Management: Collaborate with the social media team to create and schedule posts that drive engagement, increase followers, and enhance brand presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
- SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and drive organic traffic to our website and social media channels.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform content strategies and ensure relevance.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent tone and voice across all platforms and materials.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong portfolio of creative writing for ad campaigns and social media.

- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for content that captures attention and drives engagement.
- B2B Expertise: In-depth understanding of B2B marketing principles, including audience segmentation, buyer personas, and lead generation.
- SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content for search engines.
- Social Media Proficiency: Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for B2B marketing.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and analytics to refine content strategies and improve performance.
