Summary of Position:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and strengthen relationships with referring healthcare providers offices.
  • Set and attend meetings with Health care offices in your territory, explaining our services, answering questions and concerns.
  • Following up from those meetings.
  • Visiting possible referring providers in your territory.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of our procedure and processes so you can effectively interact with healthcare providers.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of our procedures and processes so you can act as a backstop if our clinical team is down a member.
  • Updating CRM as appropriate.
  • Assigned Administrative Tasks to support Liaison Team
  • Deliver updates to Referring providers about their patients.
  • Perform a list of daily administrative tasks to communicate with referring health care providers.
  • Attend required meetings.

-Weekly or Bi-Weekly Sales Meeting

-Quarterly Team Building Meeting

  • Find 1 Community outreach activity to attend each quarter
  • Work closely with referral and admin team to keep our referring providers updated on the progress of their patients.
  • Submit activity reports to Sales and Marketing Director
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to drive entirety of territory, from Fort Smith, Fayetteville, Bentonville, Joplin MO, Springfield MO, and surrounding areas.
