The Position: Service Excellence Director
Employment Status: Full Time
Essential Job Functions:
Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, enhancing patient safety, and contributing to the overall improvement of healthcare services.
Management of patient complaints, and coordination with the Patient and Family Advisory Council
Ensures timely and accurate reporting to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in compliance with mandated guidelines and regulations.
Actively participate in the Health Information Network (HIN) initiatives.
Education
BSN
2 years of experience as a licensed RN
Certifications and Licenses:
Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Montana
Position Summary:
Sidney Health Center is seeking a Service Excellence Director to join our I CARE team in the Patient Experience setting. Essential duties of the position include compliance with regulatory requirements, management of PFAC and ensuring timely reporting to CMS.
