Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $19 to $24 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer a highly competitive benefits package, including:

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of daily activity to urgently fill all job orders.
  • Build a strong network of associates through daily recruiting and interviews, fostering supportive relationships.
  • Thoroughly qualify and complete work orders.
  • Expand business with new and existing accounts through daily sales calls.
  • Efficiently coordinate and adjust activities on a daily basis.
  • Utilize and maintain the automated tracking system to fill assignments.
  • Ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention with both associates and clients.
