CVICU RN position at Health Creighton University Medical Center

Common diagnoses include open heart, complex thoracic and vascular patients.

Job Requirements

Must have 1 year of experience with this patient population
Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS
Driver's license required at submittal.

Schedule Information

Shifts: 0630-1830, 1830-0630
Weekend Requirements: Every other
Holiday Requirements: Every other or as needed based on unit needs
Floating Requirements: Will float to all inpatient units, excluding Maternity/NICU
2 shifts of unit/department specific orientation.

Unit Specific Information

Common titratable &/or set rate drips: Vasopressors, paralytics, narcotics, sedation, antiarrhythmics
No CNAs on the unit
RNs need to be able to read and interpret telemetry strips.

Additional Details

Radius Rule: 50 miles
Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved.
