NW Employment is partnered with a local Electrical panel and pupm company in Canby and we are looking to add a shipper to join our team!

Pay- $19/hr

Schedule - Mon-Fri 7a-330p

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package products for shipment according to company standards.
• Operate forklifts and reach trucks safely to load and unload materials.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment by picking and packing items as per specifications.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and updates.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline shipping processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols while handling equipment and materials.
• Utilize systems for tracking shipments and managing orders.
• Perform basic math calculations to verify quantities and weights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in shipping or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Valid forklift certification is required; reach truck experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Basic math skills for inventory management and order verification.
• Familiarity with e-commerce logistics is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
